2025 Indian Scout Bobber Raffle

Details

  • Purchase your raffle ticket for $50 each by scanning the QR code at the 9th Annual Pecan Harvest Celebration or by using the online link provided.
  • Online purchases via QR code or the provided link are the only way to buy raffle tickets.
  • One (1) 2025 Indian Scout Bobber Motorcycle (Value: $15,000).
  • The prize includes only the motorcycle. The winner is responsible for taxes, title, registration, and other fees.
  • Eligibility:
    • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a raffle ticket.
    • Only residents of Texas are eligible to win.
    • AIT-SCM employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
  • Raffle Ticket Details:
    • Tickets are $50 each and are non-refundable.
    • There is no cap on the number of tickets sold.
    • The odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.
  • Drawing:
    • The winner will be drawn randomly during our Spring Pow Wow in April 2025.
    • You do not need to be present to win. The winner will be contacted via the information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
  • Claiming the Prize:
    • The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of the drawing. Failure to claim within this period will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.
    • The winner is responsible for all taxes, licensing, and registration fees. AIT-SCM will not cover these costs.
    • The motorcycle will be delivered to the winner as-is, and no warranties or guarantees are provided by AIT-SCM.
  • Taxes:
    • The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
    • The prize value may be considered taxable income, and the winner will receive an IRS Form W-2G for reporting purposes if applicable.
  • Nonprofit Information:
    • Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the programs and services of American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
  • No Purchase Necessary:
    • Participation in this raffle constitutes acceptance of all rules and regulations.
    • No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter. A free entry may be requested by submitting a written request with your name, address, and contact information to [organization’s address] prior to [entry deadline].
  • Void Where Prohibited:
    • This raffle is void where prohibited by law.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    • AIT-SCM shall not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses arising from or related to the prize. The winner assumes all risks and responsibilities upon receiving the prize.
    • AIT-SCM reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
  • Governing Law:
    • This raffle is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved within Bexar County, Texas.
  • American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions is registered under Texas law to conduct charitable raffles in accordance with the Charitable Raffle Enabling Act (Texas Occupations Code Chapter 2002).
