San Antonio, TX, August 16, 2023 – Poverty’s most vulnerable victims are the children under the age of 18 in San Antonio. According to a 2020 report, approximately 96,380 children are living in poverty, with the most economically disadvantaged district remaining the West Side of San Antonio. Circulo de Chispas, along with other committed individuals and organizations, is uniting to make a profound impact on the lives of these children.
Supporting Our Community
In light of the significant number of children grappling with poverty and lacking basic essentials, we are extending an invitation to the community to contribute new undergarments for underserved children within our community.
Making an Impact
Circulo de Chispas expresses its heartfelt appreciation to all those who are answering the call for this noble cause. Statistics consistently reveal that children are not given the priority they deserve in our country, nor are they at the forefront of public discussions. Nonetheless, here in San Antonio, we are fortunate to have numerous compassionate individuals and organizations that are dedicated to uplifting the spirits of our children.
