SMS/MMS Consent and Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions, you consent to receive periodic SMS or MMS messages from us. These messages may include important updates, information, exclusive offers, promotions tailored to your interests, and other communications related to our products and services.

 

Providing Your Telephone Number and Notification Obligations

• You affirm that the mobile number you have provided is accurate and current.
• You represent that you are the authorized subscriber or owner of any telephone number you provide.
• If there are any changes to your contact information, including telephone numbers, you agree to notify us immediately by emailing info@AitScm.org before the change takes effect.

 

Consent to Receive Automated Communications

By voluntarily providing your telephone number(s), you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions regarding:

• Our products, services, offers, and promotions
• Your relationship with us

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.

 

Opt-Out Instructions

To unsubscribe from our SMS/MMS messages at any time, you can:

• Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT in response to any message from us.
• Email info@AitScm.org specifying that you wish to opt out of text messages.

You agree to receive a final confirmation message verifying your opt-out request.

Carrier Participation

Participating U.S. carriers include, but are not limited to:

• AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile

Not all carriers may support our SMS/MMS service.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Collection and Use

In connection with this SMS service, we may collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• Your carrier’s name
• Date, time, and content of messages
• Other relevant information you provide

This information is used to contact you and deliver the services requested.

Service Modifications and Termination

By subscribing or using the service, you acknowledge our right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions against claims related to:

• Providing a phone number not owned by you.
• Failing to notify us of changes to your number.
• Issues arising under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act or similar state laws.

You agree to cover any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to these issues.

 

Participation Requirements

To participate in this service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a wireless device capable of two-way messaging.
• Be a customer of a participating wireless carrier.
• Have an active text messaging service.

Service availability may vary based on carrier and device compatibility.

 

Miscellaneous

• You warrant that you have the necessary rights, powers, and authority to agree to these terms.
• If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated as necessary so the rest of the terms remain in effect.
